Since our inception in 1924 we have accumulated a wealth of experience in design, manufacturing, installation and repair of sterngear of all specifications.

Fleetwood Sterngear, over 2300 sets have been made, comes in a range of sizes from 50mm to 180mm shaft diameter and a standard range is available in bronze tubes for wooden and GRP vessels and with steel tubes for steel vessels.

In recent years as vessel design and Owner preferences have changed, our range has expanded into water lubricated gears and oil lubricated gears with shaft diameters to 300mm

We also can make replacement CPP shafts with diameters to 250mm and lengths to 7m.

We also operate a speedy collection and delivery service using our own 7.5 ton truck.
